Job Overview
 
Our company based in the east of London, we are looking for a broadly experienced Manufacturing Technical Manager.
 
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
Working along side the Heads of Food Safety, Technology, Trading Standards and Compliance you will continuously develop the factory technical teams and relevant food safety and quality systems and standards across a diverse product range including frozen produce and meat. This role will require you to build relationships at every level with people who are passionate about supplying top quality produce to one of the UK's leading retailers.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required

You will be ambitious and pragmatic as well as possessing a strong commercial awareness and a clear track record of leadership and aligning technical activities with demanding commercial objectives to achieve outstanding results. Must be familiar with the process of HACCP, BRC, ISO 9000 approval and implement.
 
University degree preferred.

Must be familiar with relevant food regulations in UK and European.

Must have the essential management skill with food safety and quality control.

Must be can speak and write Chinese & English.
 
Salary: £15k-20K
